I have been asked for "proof of ownership" in order to get a gun permit for entry into Zambia. What do you use if you in the US and do not have any sort of liscence or proof of ownership? | ||

You go to customs with your gun(s) and fill out a 4457 form, they will stamp it and sign it. The 4457 form as others have suggested. In years passed, we have had clients give a copy of a hunting license as well so it shows they have hunted. For whatever reason some of our outfitters ask for that.
