Here is another penetration test. This time with a 500gr Swift A-frame. They had been whistling through the buffalo for the most part, so we thought we'd try shooting for bone...scapula/spine...to see if it would be OK for a "herd" situation. They are about the best soft point, non monometal, bullet out there. They open up and hold together as well on deer as they do on Cape Buffalo. Best of the season, Dave | |||

Very impressive the way the impact rocked the carcass. That was a lot of energy transfer to move that much dead weight. Great video! "Experience" is the only class you take where the exam comes before the lesson. | |||
