South American Hunt
I'm trying to put together some sort of hunt in 2011, but not having much luck right now. We're building a house too. I think that I'd like to do something in SA (whatever my meager budget will allow) probably with Juan Pozzi. Any suggestions?

Contact Juan and see what he can arrange for you, birds, hogs and perhaps some feral rams. Price would be reasonable, time not too extensive, and the hunt, great fun.

jeffs,
for a less-than-expensive hunt, I would recommend a water-buffalo, capybara(carpincho), and hog hunt, with a chance at brocket deer. Lots of fun, unusual animals, will see rheas, caiman, and parakeets---all for less than the trophy fee for a big red stag. Juan can fix you up.
