Larry MatherneLorenzo is your country accepting immigrants. What a beautiful country, with outstanding hunting and fishing. The girl watching could be interesting as well, though like Juan, I can only watch.

Larry

billrquimby<<<<<<<Posted Mar 1, 2:18 PM Sorry not from South America but from Africa Jungle, Eq. Guinea South of Cameroon >>>>>>
Lorenzo:
I saw a jungle as thick as the one in your photos when I visited both sides of the river at Iguazu Falls in 2004.
What amazed me when we stopped a few miles downriver was how all we could see in Paraguay were farmlands without a single tree, while on the Brazil and Argentina sides there still were pristine jungles.
Near Cairns in Australia, a cable car took my grandson and I over the top of a similar jungle. Looking down on the rainforest canopy was an experience I'll never forget.

That must have been a GREAT experience !!!
The jungle "roof" is so high that it's breath taking, the trees, the leaves, everything is so exuberant (sp?) that is unbeliavele.
Also the mosquitoes....

"Just a girl?" Be careful, Juan may be hunting. From me she is safe ... well, I took another look....maybe my youth will return in Uruguay....

Your pictures are wonderful and many memories return when I see those from Africa. I have been trying to get Juan to go with me for several years now and he always tells me he has no time. Carajo! Juanito, you have time for beaches, sailboats, camarones, borotola (whatever that is), and to look at the girls on the beach.

NO time!!! merde de toro.
Lorenzo, perhaps we should plan a trip to South Africa from BA or Montevideo with Juan and Guillermo. I have a few friends down there and one just wrote me this week about a big cull they need done with Blesbok, Wildebeest and maybe Red Hartebeest. Other animals always available as well. Five to seven days hunting would be great fun. Total trip an easy ten days.....

And if we are lucky, we can drag Bill Q along with us.....
