LorenzoPuma hunting banned in La Pampa Argentina
Due to the many cases of canned puma hunts in La Pampa province, puma hunting has been banned during the whole 2007 in this province and several big game farms have been closed for five years.
It seems there was some kind of triangulation between Neuquén, Córdoba and La Pampa provinces were pumas on cages were captured on those provinces and released later near the clients in some hunting farms of La Pampa

Yes, the names are available on the public media. No need to hide nothing.
Besides, and just for the record, this is the first time I totally agree with the local authorities.
These kind of "hunting" should be banned every time they detect it.
It's a shame, and I feel sorry these guys are argentines and operating a hunt operation.
They do not deserve any kind of respect.
In fact, the number one ranch involved, was "La Colorada", a high-profile op, owned and/or managed by a so-called pro-hunter...named Luis Bertone.
Take a look at the website
http://www.argentinesafari.com/empresa/default.htmand do us hunters a great favor, spread the word about these businessmen, far away from offering any kind of a fair chase.
These people is making that we all hunters are viewed as killers by the society, thus rising critiscm and more and more restrictions, and surely, we don't deserve that.
BTW, Luis Bertone was the president of the local outfitters association and well connected with SCI. To take note on that.
