We mix it up sometimes, did roast goose with sage and onion stuffing one year, another year did slow grilled whole tenderloin of beef, but roast beef and Yorkshire Pudding is hard to beat, I cook the Yorkshire Pudding in a cupcake pan and bake longer than most recipes call for so it's nice and crispy.
