the 1895 works with the 30-06 and 405 win...

it seems the 93x62 should be fine in it but i wanted to know what is the largest case that will feed in it??? i know there is a definite length restraint but what about width???



being that it feeds a case that has a 543 rim...

will it feed a 45-90 case??? maybe with the rim turned down a tad??? will it feed a 458 win mag???

will it feed the new ruger case with its .532" casehead or the soon to be produced by jamison newton case with its .522"???

wow! imagine turning a 30-06 1895 to a 30 newton 1895 or a 411-newton...

thought a maxed out 1895 could be a fun project for someone...

I know Z-Hat builds 35 Whelens and 9.3x63 as well as their 411 Hawk on them, I spoke with him about an old article from Sweeden claiming they used the Russian version to build up in 45-70, it was his opinon at that time ,no can do the interal mag wasn't big enought to get them to work

yeah its all about the internal mag...

who knows what the internal dimensions are???
