| How much time are we talking about? I've had the same large tubs of gel for at least five years now without any issue. I finally used the last bit about a month ago. That said, it was the first time I used the gel and I like the regular Acraglas better.
"Experience" is the only class you take where the exam comes before the lesson.

Loosen the tops and pop them in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds before mixing. They will come out smooth and buttery, no lumps or coarseness. Try it you will be surprised.

Doing that or putting the containers in hot water are what the Brownells tech suggested when I asked the same question. As J Bennet said, it does work very well. |
