I use Brownells Acraglas Gel every now and then, and if I don't use it regularly, when I need it the Resin dries up before the Hardener. I usually get the 8 oz size and its aggravating to lose half of it.
How do you guys store it?
Can you add anything to the Resin to rehydrate it?
Thanks and God Bless, Louis

larrys01Throw away what you have and start using
Devcon 10110. It works better and stores longer.

youngoutdoorsThanks Guys! Is the consistency about the same as the Acraglas Gel?

tiggertateHow much time are we talking about? I've had the same large tubs of gel for at least five years now without any issue. I finally used the last bit about a month ago.
That said, it was the first time I used the gel and I like the regular Acraglas better.

Loosen the tops and pop them in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds before mixing. They will come out smooth and buttery, no lumps or coarseness.
Try it you will be surprised.

Doing that or putting the containers in hot water are what the Brownells tech suggested when I asked the same question. As J Bennet said, it does work very well.
