It almost looks like one of Ed Lapour's, but the flat on the one side is different. That is what made me think maybe PME.

Yep, a Legacy Arms/Global Trading mauser safety.

Precise Metalsmithing Enterprises, PME made over 7000 of those safties from 1985 to 2002. They were always shipped in the white. Also they had a small number engraved in the striker slot, that matched a number on the bottom of the lever, so they could be matched up after the lever was heat treated.

Legacy had a firm in Italy copy it, the only differnce is the lever retaining screw they used rather than the cross pin, BUT all the ones I had ever seen were blued.

Johansson, also directly copied the PME saftey, the only differnce was the raduis on the arm of the lever.
