I have a CZ 550 American Safari in 375. Could someone give me an idea of what it would cost to have the stock reworked/turned down so that it has more of an express-style look to it (Rigby pattern?). I've seen several on this forum, so I figures someone could put me in the ball park. Thanks, John

Here is just a guess. The reshape is the cheap part. $25-50 to reshape (might be low depending on the amount of shaping needed. $150-200 to refinish $150-300 to rechecker. So between $325-$550. Only think you save is the inletting and blank. As usual just my $.02 Paul K

JudgeG had his done and I think it was $650. It was exceptionally well done, though. Looked perfect! "Experience" is the only class you take where the exam comes before the lesson.
