Works the same. you just don't have the "wing" safety. I place the cocking in soft jaws & pull the on the bolt body then place a penny between the cocking piece & the shroud to hold it back. Penny works just as well. I thought I once had a Parker Hale with the hole through the cocking piece like a MKX. Then again my memory always has holes in it. As usual just my $.02 Paul K | |||
