I just tried to go to my bookmarked link for them, and it no longer exists. I then googled them and only found the montana rifle company, which as I understand it, does make barrels, but is a different company altogether. Does anyone know?

No, They just out grew the building so they split the action business from the barrel business and are working them as seperate entities.

There are two seperate copamies with two different websites and two different buildings byt two different owners....thoough related. And NO neither of them are out of business!! Montana Rifle Company www.montanarifleco.com manufactures the Model 1999 Action and complete custom rifles. and The Montana Rifleman Inc. www.montanarifleman.com manufactures barrels. Hope that helps. Jeff

I just hung up the phone with Jeff. They are waiting on the parts for the safety and bolt stop. They got ten of each to check the quality of the company that is making the parts, and that is why Ed and nine other people got their actions. Ours are coming!! Rich DRSS
