daniel77Did the company making the Montana 1999 action go out of business?
I just tried to go to my bookmarked link for them, and it no longer exists. I then googled them and only found the montana rifle company, which as I understand it, does make barrels, but is a different company altogether. Does anyone know?

Big EarlNo, They just out grew the building so they split the action business from the barrel business and are working them as seperate entities.

MontanaJeffThere are two seperate copamies with two different websites and two different buildings byt two different owners....thoough related. And NO neither of them are out of business!!

Idaho SharpshooterI just hung up the phone with Jeff. They are waiting on the parts for the safety and bolt stop. They got ten of each to check the quality of the company that is making the parts, and that is why Ed and nine other people got their actions.
Ours are coming!!
