I wouldn't do the Rex with that little bittie barrel shank in the Ruger. The 577 is a low pressure tortoise so it works. | |||

My long 585HE will work in #1. I going to do one. And it's diameter works fine with that thread size as I have my 585 in Ruger 77 with same barrel thread. If NEF holds it, a #1 surely will.
