Barrel swap Remington M750 Woods Master to Remington M700 Classic. Is a barrel from a Rem Model 750 Woods master compatible to be installed on an Old Model Rem 700 Classic? I’m talking about the 35 Whelen specifically? My M700 has had too many rounds down the pipe. Thanks in Advance, Vinny

If you mean the 740 woodsmaster the answer is no. Different barrel threads & smaller OD. Doug Humbarger NRA Life member Tonkin Gulf Yacht Club 72'73. Yankee Station Try to look unimportant. Your enemy might be low on ammo.

There are new factory 700 take-offs in every garden across America...pull one up and screw it on. (Only a slight exaggeration)

700 barrels in .35 Whelen are scarse as hen's teeth . I've found 2 in 5 years of keeping an eye out for them ! Don't forget to have your Liberals spayed or neutered !
