Gerhard.DelportGreat photos!
Where in the park did you take the photos?
I have three nights booked at Pretoriuskop later in October.
Will be hunting that elusive Sable with the Canon...

Pieter KrielThanks Gerhard. I have to say your photos make me want to go back.
These were just north of Satara and along the S100 and S90. I'm afraid to see sable in down at Pretoriuskop is rather hard. They occur more in in the central to Northern parts of the park. If you travel along the S100 in an Easterly direction till you get to the T-junction, take a left and you may be able to see them before bisecting the S90.
From Pretoriuskop travel to Skukuza where I have come across Lichtenstein hartebeest.
Have fun on your trip, hope to see some more great pictures from you.

Gerhard.DelportThanks for the tips Pieter...
I go with an open mind when I go to the Kruger...
I enjoy each sighting and you never know what is around the next corner waiting for you.
You have to take the road up along the Timbavati river next time you go.
My daughter and I had a fabulous morning drive in July.
