Though not a digital camera review site, Luminous Landscape do review cameras.

I found the 'understanding series' & 'tutorials' on the Luminous Landscape home page very helpfull.

I find this guy to be technical, but still has some subjectivity and honesty in his reviews that are helpful. It is well put together, I think.

I like the way Nasim Mansurov does his camera reviews.

I also like to read Ming Thein's reviews.
