woodleigh just came out with 50 Alaskan and 50/110 Win .510" 500gr FN SN bullets

Here is a pic of a woodleigh 500 gr50-110 bullet hat has gone through around a foot and a half of meat and bone. Velocity was around 2000 fps from the muzzle.

did you know you can do regular pointy tsx too in the blr with the 50-110!!!

load to at least 2,200 fps and BAM!

the longer action will allow this. contact fred zeglin to do it

have two! one for flat point and the blr for both or just the pointy or round nose and you can hotload to 2300 (i know someone who has done this)

i would preffer the flat nose solids though

Boom stick did you get around to getting a Winchester Take Down Scout? With the new Hornady bullets it should be a great travelling bear rifle!
