I have a relative from Pennsylvania that is (was?) a Pagan. He got caught up in some RICO thing and is doing a basketball score at USP Lewisburg.

All of our ancestors were pagans.

Mine were Druids and Vikings.

Winter is when they battened down, and fattened up, preparing for the wars of the spring and summer to come.

Solstice precedes everything.

Mine too. I've long held the opinion that our ancestors from the frozen north, being shut in during the winters had more time to think + plot, not like those who lived in the southern clime + could afford to take it easy. I think that also leads to a higher level of intelligence but I could just be biased.
