Currently, only about 10 emojis are showing in the emoji category (In the task bar with the smiley face-upper left corner). The majority of them are showing a description, but no actual emoji. When you add an emoji all you get is the description and no emoji.

I am in Sweden and thought some blonde emoji got jealous and obliterated them!

The forum software company might still be having issues.

In Arabic we have a saying

BUKRA INSHALAH.

Means May be tomorrow!

I suppose someone living in SIN city does have much patience!

I know.

I was there.

ONCE!

That was enough!

Where are the bloody emojis when you need them!

Reports are coming in that transport for the emojis was being arranged by THE BUTT, ably supported by Kamala!

Did any of you see her talk about it?

Why?

There are many browsers, and non work 100% with every site.

I use several, years ago Chrome was my favorite.

Then Google idiots got it into themselves to be the Net police!

I don’t even use them for search anymore.

I got fed up with them asking me to prove I am human! rotflmo

So the issue appears to be we added https and a certificate to our main domain for the forums. The pictures for the emojis (some of them) are on a https server with a free certificate and some browsers block them.

Safari on my mac has no issues. Google Chrome doesn't see them.

We will try to move the emojis to a secure server google likes.

The whole image fiasco was caused by moving to a new server and somehow the latest upload of the ssl certificate didn't sync and went into something called compatibility mode. Safari and Mozilla didn't care. Edge and chrome did. Took forever to figure it out. Actually had to uninstall the SSL certificate, and reinstall all the files into an SSL folder and then install the certificate.

Nothing is easy anymore.

Young people have no idea about rotary phones.

And they get a shock when I tell them there were party phones, where there is only one line, and attached to several homes!

Indeed; when I moved out to this small community in 1970, they still had crank telephones + a central operator room downtown. That was changed a month later when Ma Bell came in + bought it up. Then we had party lines for a few years. It was pretty backwards by today's standards, but I'm glad to have experienced it.

Well, I no longer see the clinking beer mug "cheers" emoticon. So could we have one with clinking glasses of milk? It could even be almond milk for our sensitive vegan members ...
