Following up on the buffalo package offered in Mozambique, we have a few hippo/croc packages available for the 2011 season at a great price. These packages are 7 day hunts on a 1x1 basis. As mentioned in the buffalo package, Grant hunts the Sofala Province, right on the eastern boundary of Gorongosa National Park in Mozambique.

Details are as follows:


$9,000.00 INCLUSIVE OF 1X1 DAILY RATES, TROPHY FEE FOR HIPPO AND CROCODILE AND ROUND TRIP ROAD TRANSFERS FROM BEIRA, MOZ. If no shot opportunity, the hippo and crocodile trophy fees are refundable to the client ($2,800 for hippo and $2,500 for crocodile).

Additional fees are dipping and packing (dependent on how many animals you shoot), gun permits @ $200/gun, hunting license $250, CITES permits for the Crocodile, Visas ($30 purchased upon arrival), border taxes ($40), hotels before or after the hunt or airfare to Beira, Mozambique. You may hunt all plainsgame except Sable on this hunt.

$ 70 - Medium animals each (kudu, waterbuck, zebra, bushbuck, reedbuck hartebeest, impala)
$ 50 - Small animals - (suni, duiker, oribi)
