Hello All,

My name is James and Im a Alaskan Big Game Guide. I was informed by Faisel and Brett Barringer (BrettAKSCI), who are both friends of mine to join this forum. Faisal has hunted sheep with me.

We at Renfro's Alaskan Adventures have a opening (cancellation) this September 4-15. Priced at $22,000 with trophy fees for grizzly $4,500 and Black Bear $1,800. This is a very remote fly-in hunt. This hunt is based out of Bethel, Alaska.

I hate giving success rates but every year my hunters have killed great moose. Smallest being 57in. w/ 6 x 5 brow tines and largest width was 69 3/4. Largest scoring I've guided there was 228 3/4in B&C. We are targeting 65 plus inch moose with great brow tines. Faisal will be coming in right after this hunt.

I will be guiding you. I have been working for Wade for 4 seasons now. This is a great area that has produced very large bulls for me and my hunters.

Welcome to AR James; I often wonder why more outfitters don't directly post on AR...

I would rather shoot a 65 with palmed brow tines than a 75 with forked brow tines.

That's whats great about these bulls in the area. The width and brows are unreal.

are you a registered guide? Or an assistant and wade is doing the contracts? I don’t Guide moose But have heard great things about the moose out west where wades at!

Im an Assistant Guide. Guide in Western Alaska, Brooks Range and Kodiak every year. Yes Wade will be signing the contracts on this.

I head out to sheep camp this Wednesday if anyone is interested you can call and leave a Voicemail or contact Wade directly. I check my voicemails regaruly via my sat phone.
