Is this area considered to be in the Tuli Circle?

The Tuli is a little further South, the Shashe as you have gathered eventually heads through the Tuli circle and joins the Limpopo.

Somebody could book the 10 day leopard hunt, take their leopard and then travel to the Omay and take the two buffalo special.
