We have a few specials going right now for Argentina High Volume wing shooting for 2010 and 2011. High Volume dove shooting takes place on over 150,000 acres of the most pristine dove hunting habitat on earth. Hunters fly through Santiago Chili, and on to Cordoba Argentina where they are picked up by the outfitter and driven to camp for the first evenings hunt. These properties have the roosts located on site, and they feed over 400 tons of corn per year, not to mention the sunflower harvest that takes place in April/May. There are literally millions of dove on these properties, and it is not uncommon to see upwards of 100,000 dove in an outing. There are two different lodges for different types of hunters, both priced accordingly.

Sierra Brava Lodge Hands down the most economical dove hunt in Cordoba. The hunt takes place out of a comfortable lodge about 30 minutes drive from the hunting area. This lodge holds up to 18 people at a time, and is located about 1:10 from the Cordoba International airport. Sierra Brava is located within 15 minutes of Macha, the largest dove roost in Cordoba. Sierra Brava owns the world record for most birds shot in 1 day, which was 10,000 shot by Jack Minter (Not sure if Jack is a poster on this site or not??) The lodge is a very cozy setting, with absolutely the best meals on earth! I must also note that this hunt has the cheapest shell price in all of Cordoba at the moment. This hunt was priced at $550/day, but we are offering it for $375/day, valid for both 2010 and 2011. These hunts are 4 days in length (you pay for 3 hunting day, but you are actually there for 4 days), with half day hunts on the first and last days and 2 full days hunting in the middle.

3 day hunt packages are $1,125.00 and include the following:
Meet and assistance on arrival and departure
Gun clearance at Cordoba Airport
All ground transportation to/from Cordoba airport and hunting grounds
Deluxe Double Occupancy Lodging with private bathrooms
All beverages, including selection of the finest Argentine Wines, local beers, and local hard liquor
Professional hunting guides and bird boys
6 dove hunts (2 per day)
All meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner
Gun cleaning
All local taxes and service charges.

FATHER/SON or DAUGHTER SPECIAL - $1,500.00 TOTAL



This is an excellent opportunity for a father and their child to go on a hunt. This hunt must take place between November 1 and December 23, 2010 or 2011 to take advantage of these rates. Same conditions apply as the hunt above as far as what is included and not included. "Child" must be 24 years old or younger.


Hunt 2: Los Chanares Lodge





Los Chanares Lodge is the place where hunters will enjoy the ultimate in luxury accommodation and amazing dove hunting that is only 5 minutes away from the lodge. Los Chanares is the only place in Cordoba with consistant 5 minute drives to the hunting areas. Combine short drives to outstanding dove hunting with 5 star food and lodging and you get the finest dove hunting lodge in all of Argentina. The roost consisting of and estimated 20 million dove is located right on the property, no more than 2 minutes from the lodge. Hundreds of acres of planted sunflower, wheat and sorghum is planted just for the birds. The birds have a permanent water source due to a flowing stream that flows right through the property. The lodge has 10 comfortable rooms with 2 double beds and a private bathroom in each. This place is a great place to take the family or a corporate meeting.

3 Different seasons dictate the prices on these hunts:

Sunflower Season: January 10-March 31 - Cost $790/day for the first 3 days, extra days $625/day.
($2,370.00 for 3 day hunts)

Summer Escape Season: June 1-September 15 - Cost $650/day for first 3 days, extra days are $525/day.
($1,950.00 for 3 days)

Promotional season - September 15-January 10 - Cost $490.00/day for first 3 days, extra days are $400/day.
(1,470.00 for 3 days)

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BIRDS ARE PLENTIFUL ALL YEAR ROUND. THE SEASONS WERE ONLY CREATED BECAUSE OF THE TRAVEL SCHEDULES OF OUR CLIENTS AND THE DIRECT CLIENTS OF THE OUTFITTER.


All of the Los Chanares hunts include the following:

All ground transport to and from Cordoba and hunting grounds
6 dove hunts (2 per day)

Los Chanares Father Son/Daughter special:

Everything included as above, except father pays $1,800 for 3 days total, and their son or daughter can come along at no additional daily rate! Hunt must me taken in November or December, and "child" must be 24 years old or younger. Free party gets same included/excluded as above.

Perdiz is from May 1-July 31
Pigeon is Jan. 1-Aug. 31.

I have been to Los Chanares 6 times. It is a fantastic place. Incredibly well run and organized. We are going again this year. Do yourself a favor. Go with them if you are looking for a quality experience.
