Not my style...nice engraving, but way too much of it.

Love shooting precision and long range. Big bores too!

Recent college grad, started a company called MK Machining where I'm developing a bullpup rifle chassis system.

I'm sure there is a Russian mobster out there who would desire them. Too much of a (debatable) good thing.

The seller lists over 1100 guns, his website does not work and the address is a home.

He lists a pink camo Blaser, yuck. http://www.gunbroker.com/Aucti....aspx?Item=232902242

Mad Dog is one of the most obnoxious sellers I have ever run across.

He is rude and his products are ridiculously over priced.

And I have told him so. He will never get a dime's worth of my business, much less this crack pipe dream of a price.

These are a two-off worth only a fraction of what the original buyer paid.

Although this duo would look good in the trunk of a pink 1973 El Dorado with a white vinyl top, plush white rag steering wheel cover and fake leopard upholstery.

Not my style, Bob. thumbdown

Yes, but he got everyone's attention.

That alone an sometimes be worth putting them up for sale.

Anyway, IMHO, those type of guns are generally sold by word of mouth, not via gun broker.

What a waste of a nice stock.
Maybe it can be melted down and Bailey Bradshaw could make a nice gun out of the raw steel and gold. Having lived and worked in Beverly Hills for years I have come to know all too well money and taste do not always go hand in hand. Being a blaser is all too fitting Wink

Whilst not in a style that would be my first choice, the standard of work on the rifle is impressive, I would be quite happy to hunt with it as is.

All I can say is, IF I was the Pharaoh of Egypt I WOULD have that rifle...

Since this is a Forum with members World Wide, we should take into consideration the tastes in guns and engraving, that might be different from our own.

And my thoughts on Mad Dog were the same as Michael R... Till I met him in person at SCI.

He was polite and nice to me...

He is a Businessman, and deals in a level of guns that do not intrest what I will call the "mainstream"...

If the kind of "stuff" he deals in does not intrest you, then "why worry"???

There is a another Blaser dealer called Europtics. He sells Blasers for a much cheaper price than Mad Dogs. At Mad Dogs a 12,500.00 rifle. The same rifle NIB at Europtics is 8500.00. $29,000 rifle at Mad Dogs, same rifle at Europtics is 22,900 for the exact same gun.

Mad Dog has had several of the really expensive rifles for sale on gun broker for a couple of years with no bids on a lot of them. His guns are more expensive. As to his personal demeanor, I will not comment. I only had one phone conversation with them and I was treated with respect as a potential customer. He had no problem sharing information with me and was quite eager to do so.
