I cannot say much about the HK91 clones, however most are made by Century Arms International (CAI) which has spotty quality.
The HK91 is almost identical to the CETME. I've had several CETME's, all which had to be sent back to fix some problem. I've got one now which works quite well, and is accurate enough for a battle rifle. All I can recommend is that you choose carefully, making sure that you disassemble the rifle and inspect it fully for fit.
I have a CETME and a HK91 clone neither of wich will eject reliably. The ejector is too low in the bolt to catch the cartridge face. I just figured out the problem and haven't pulled them down to see what's off. They are both passably accurate.

I have heard many bad things about the CETMEs. I have also heard that a few are "perfect". Seems a crap shoot with bad odds to me. Think I'll just save my pennies and buy something besides Century.

Hey guys, I usually don't post here as my interests lie in huge hunting rounds. You would better served by buying an original H&K or CETME if you reside in a state that allows it instead of buying a counterfeit rifle. Get the real thing and you won't be sorry. I have owned 2-3 each at one time so can't say about the fakes ones.
