DemonicalRecord Canada Moose
This pic may be old to some but what the hell, ya don't see animals like this every day; the people that haven't seen it need to.
Apparently shot in the Restigouche area, New Brunswick.
It's got a 63" spread, 37 points (+/- a point or 2).
If you use
Conservative estimates of 8" beam circumference; 42" palm length and 16" palm width, this rack will gross score 233". I will bet the final score is higher and in fact I would bet this bull is Top-10 All-Time for Canada moose.
The World's Record Canada moose is 242" btw...

Canuck
Thanks for sharing, Demonical! I hadn't seen this one or heard the story yet.
What a hog! Could pass for an Alaska-Yukon moose.
Cheers,
Canuck

DemonicalI have not heard any details regarding the hunt either; just the spread dimension and locale of the hunt.
I'd sure like to know how this extraordinary bull was taken. It would be nice if the hunter(s) called it out... hope it wasn't shot off the side of a logging road, not that I would pass on the opportunity.
