It already is, they call it the 375H&H. Ammo available world wide too.

And if you insist on a rimmed round the 375 Flanged Mag isn't far enough behind to make a real world difference.

I see no reason to neck down the 450-400 to .375, that would be like painting a tin barn red so it would not rust, it adds nothing but color... thumbdown
