I was taking a nap because I was up much of the night with a toddler who has trouble sleeping. In my ethereal other world of dreaming, I saw a side sliding over under DR version of Bailey Bradshaws rising block. I had just seen the thread about Biebs selling it to Buckstix and marveled at it’s beauty and ingenuity and it stayed with me but morphed in my dream to be an over under and slide out to the side with a sideways pivoting underlever (but a thumb side lever or regular underlever can work too I guess). When I woke, I wondered if it was feasible and if it had any merits. I liked the idea of a left sliding action with a thumb side lever to open and push again to spring load the action closed. Anyhoo.... thought the dream was cool and I don’t know if anything like it exists. My guess is no, especially not with Bradshaws cool action design turned 90 degrees. Does this sound cool to anyone or was it more of a nightmare? here was the thread that started the idea

No spicy food was involved in this dream. I do love spicy food though. I was thinking that this may be a better shotgun or paradox. 577 BME 3"500 KILL ALL 358 GREMLIN 404-375 *we band of 45-70ers* (Founder) Single Shot Shooters Society S.S.S.S. (Founder) | |||
