Fantastic news! Will it be in 3"? Also when is production due? And any idea of the price range? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “A man can never have too much red wine, too many books, or too much ammunition” ― Rudyard Kipling

Yes, they will be 3" chambers. First two will be complete in April. Weight can vary from @ 12 to 13 lbs. Various barrel contours can be used to effect the weight, but we'll need to select one to keep costs down. We also want avoid weight in the butt stock, and barrel contour plays a big role here. Adding weight to the butt can balance a rifle when the barrels are too heavy, but it balances it like a seesaw with the weight on the ends of the rifle. We want to keep the weight in the middle (where it belongs.) 20K is the target price for the 577.

Thanks Chris. Your explanation of the 'see-saw effect' vs 'weight in the middle' is spot on! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “A man can never have too much red wine, too many books, or too much ammunition” ― Rudyard Kipling
