To my candid eyes, this looks like the by-product of a one-night stand between Rambo and a cane rat.

I suspect that an inordinate amount of alcohol must have been involved. On the cane rat side.

Regarding Philips observation, I don't think someone who kills, cooks, and eats any cobra unfortunate enough to wander into his backyard is going to be intimidated by most any dog!
