Mary Hilliard-KruegerSteve,
The blanket and shades of green are a welcome sight here in mid-June, arid, Arizona! Where is the view from in the last picture? Absolutely comforting and beautiful!
Kind regards,
Mary

SGraves155Mary, it is from Old Hiway 71 half-way between Fayetteville and Ft. Smith. The house/ building has been an antique and knick-knack shop for decades. The lake in the background is Lake Ft. Smith. The swimming hole is on the West fork of the White River, in a different drainage on the north side of the Boston Mountains.

fla3006Beautiful. I like the area around Eureka Springs and Harrison. My wife's family owns property near Winslow that has a "blue hole" on the creek, unfortunately not near as large as the one above.
