4D has a 30 cal.
30/376

Otherwise it's a weird evolutionary dead end, goofy overall length, and goofy case head size. Since it's kinda a wildcat itself of the 9.3x64, maybe Europeans have played around with it?

I was tempted several years ago to build an 8mm/376, goodness knows why other than I had an 8mm barrel & it seemed as it would be interesting. I soon saw sense & figured it wouldn't do much more than a 8mm-06 & less than a 7mm Rem mag necked up to 8mm, both of which would be better from the point of view of brass & die availability. Still got that 8mm barrel & a part box of .376 cartridges, I've swopped out most of the rest with mates for their cartridge collections.

I have often thought this would be interesting without the rim in a short action.
