FYI

Yesterday the .358 X .404 IMP was pushing the 250 grain bullets at 3000fps + with 92.7gr. of Dp85. That just about duplicates the acc4350 load. Had a couple more heavier loads to try but hesitated as there was a twinge of increased bolt handle lift.There were Zero other signs of pressure but perhaps this large diameter case is causing a little set back in the Mauser.

I'll pull the bullets and replace them with 200gr. bullets. roger
