I'm in the process of building a rifle chambered in .400 Whelen and was searching the web for information. I came across this on another forum: http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?p=4288516 Have any of you guys heard of this caliber? Never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Yes, I know. But I se they called it Whelan and not Whelen. Is there any other cases which could have been used, what about Newton cases? It just seemed to be an interesting caliber. Never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
