I'm in the process of building a rifle chambered in .400 Whelen and was searching the web for information. I came across this on another forum:

Have any of you guys heard of this caliber?

Yes, I know. But I se they called it Whelan and not Whelen. Is there any other cases which could have been used, what about Newton cases? It just seemed to be an interesting caliber.
