You really want to go with the Grendel because the shoulder is moved forward increasing case capacity, and the brass availability is awesome = Lapua. The .25 PPC was tried throughly in benchrest competition about 20-25 years ago. It still is revived/reinvented from time to time. Hasn't become popular, probably because there isn't much available by way of benchrest quality .257" diameter bullets. My country gal's just a moonshiner's daughter, but I love her still. | |||
