Congrats. With no disrespect intended regarding the other buffalo, the first and fourth buffalo are studs. Same for that bushbuck.

MJ the two buff in the middle were shot with a Heym Double gun in ,450/400 with open sights. We had trailed quite a few dugga boys only to lose them. We caught 3 of them in a "open" area. The PH said shoot that one so I did. There was 2 more there and he instructed me to shoot another one he picked out so I did. No time to judge trophy size and bosses. No scope and I didn't waste time glassing them. PH says shoot so I shoot.

Mate, they are all fantastic old buffalo that I'd shoot in a heart beat. Even the Impala is great for that area. beer
And with a double beer

Man what a fine group of trophies.

Everyone has there preference as far as a trophy buff. The first one is just perfect to me.

Congrats to all!!!

I have walked in the foot prints of the elephant, listened to lion roar and met the buffalo on his turf. I shall never be the same.

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
