Great report and congratulations

I was telling my wife just last night that my hunt in a couple of months would probably be my last to the dark continent, she didn't believe me. Then you have to go and post something like this. I guess she was right.

Look forward to hearing more.

Just a short report...We never got on fresh buff sign yesterday, so just a good solid day for us, but one of the guys with me sat for his first time on a leopard yesterday afternoon and scored on a big tom. He had moved to another camp for a couple days to be closer to the bait, so I don't have photos yet. So in 4 days, we have 2 leopard, 2 buff and a few various PG species down for our group of 4. Not a bad start...

Good day...my buddy Jim killed a great tom leopard yesterday afternoon at 4:45PM, broad daylight on camera! This place is amazing for day cats. We have one guy left and he has about 5 different cats feeding.

Buff whipped us again today. We are after a group of 5 dugga boys...

I did manage to kill a nice Boheme Zebra today with the .300. Just called to dinner...

This place is really good guys...great mix of PG and DG, camp and staff are A+. I am bringing a group of 4 back next year, and in 2013. If anyone is interested in coming 2013, just let me know. Not trying to put a sales pitch on here, but it has been fun being with this group. We are coming late July-early August 2013, and I have 2 slots left. My group usually gets a bit of a discount as well. The guys are all having the time of their lives...I can't get over the leopard situation in daylight. We have one guy left and there are about 5 cats feeding right now for him...

Congratulations yet again to you and your hunting buddies Tim! This is fantastic! I love these almost live hunt reports, I used to enjoy doing them for Roger Whittall. I think it makes it all so much more exciting, brings it closer to home, makes the audience really feel a part of it - passing comment, asking questions, wondering what Tim and the guys will get up to/shoot tomorrow...Imagine what great publicity it would be for a busy operation - like Zambezi Hunters, RWS, Charlton McCullum, Kambako - to have daily AR reports submitted throughout the season, by their full-time infield reporter. I reckon it would be the most productive marketing tool imaginable, more effective than all their newsletters, dvd's and websites combined.... Sorry, not trying to distract anyone from this great thread. Thanks for keeping us all up to speed Tim, your photos and words have made this a gripping tale from the word go...I am looking forward to tomorrow.

Cheers, David

Messed with dugga boys daylight til dark and they whipped us. These guys work hard. We left at 3:30 AM and got back at 6:30PM. Cat and mouse but no shot, tough with a camera in the Jess.

Two of the guys scored ...nice bushpig and 27" Crawshay's Waterbuck.

Our #2 tracker got struck at twice this morning by a puff adder. It hit his baggy coveralls both time s but no leg...it was a tense time!
