The ATF re-defined the phrase 'sporting purposes' to exclude shooting sports like USPSA, 3-Gun..........

The Saiga has been refined and tuned into a top grade weapon system that benefits the sporting community and military/police.

I wonder if this will allow 'street sweepers'
to be imported and reclassified out of the destructive device classification.
