Taken by Garys mate Dimi. Dimi is bit of a foodie so Gary can look forward to a lot of buff currys in the months to come. Which is just as well as I hear Katherine has run out of can tuna and store bought lasagne

. Rifle was a BLR in .308.

A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"
Bakes. Thanks for posting photo. Currently having tea at Dimmi's black bean buffalo soup from the buff above.
Gary.

BushchookGary ,
Can you tell us a bit about these guys (Shoestring Safaris) . Take it that they operate around Katherine somewhere ? What sort of money for pig and buff hunts . Contact details ?
Have a boar hunt booked with Peter Lorman up near Cobourg next year .I'm hoping he's pretty good as he's booked up about 18 months in advance . Mostly repeat customers too it seems . Not exactly "shoestring" though and a limit to the number of boars we can shoot (12 each) .
The hunting imperative was part of every man's soul; some denied or suppressed it, others diverted it into less blatantly violent avenues of expression, wielding clubs on the golf course or racquets on the court, substituting a little white ball for the prey of flesh and blood.

Bushchook, shoe string safaris arn't a real guiding company. Its just what we call Gary when he goes out hunting. Everything is done on a shoe string budget

GaryBakes is right my mates call me 'shoestring Safaris' as we go out all day on a flat fanta and half a tuna roll.
