WOW!! You're looking for a needle in a haystack!!
They are NOT listed in The BLUEBOOK OF GUN VALUES.
RUGER Customer Service advises that 2018-2019 LIPSAY'S had a special run made K1A Light Sporter, Stainless, $1995!!
I do have a gunsmith who would rebarrel one for you, and it wouldn't take a year, maybe 3-6 months. PM me if you would like his contact. He dressed up a 95 Win for me, repaired a stock break for CHOPPERGUY, and built him a cool target rifle. He is good and reasonable!!
