There are always some Hattori knives for sale om ebay: http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?MfcISAPIComman...gory0=&Submit=Search Most of then are made In SEKI city. thay have a long tradition for making geat knives. I recently bought the 2004 limited edition version (No.113 of 200) of the HT-05 shown on the e-bay link. The limited edition may be in VG10 rather than AUS8 though. Haven't put it to use outdoors so cannot comment on function but like all Hattoris (the couple I have seen) it's well put together. Since I would use it as a camp knife, I would have preferred a shorter swedge and a slightly longer handle. Rustam | |||
