I've owned an A-Square 416 Rigby for 7 or 8 years. With a new barrel and feeding work is it a simple job to make it into a 550 Magnum for a gunsmith who has done such a project before? http://ammoguide.com/?catid=739 says NO GOOD. But hope springs eternal... Jack OH GOD! {Seriously, we need the help.}

Ammo Guide's computer comparison indicates that 416 Rigby rim is bigger by a "smidge" than the 550 Magnum/460 Wby rim. So how can a 416 Rigby CZ work? I take it that you see CZ actions as superior to P14 and M1917 actions? Jack OH GOD! {Seriously, we need the help.}
