Shown so far are the blank and the roughed out stock.

Why the name "Martini" ?

Reason for asking is I was thinking Martini action when I saw the title.

This model was a cooperative effort with Ralf Martini.

He redesigned the rifle, and HEYM produces it.

And from what I've heard, at an acceptable price.

I'll keep waiting for two in stainless and synthetic with integral QRW bases and slick barrels, chambered for ".375/404 Jeffery Saeed"
and "12.7X68 49-10."
