Such a stupid idiot! That is why most of those on YouTube are unwatchable! There are some great informative videos. This is I couldn’t watch past that toy falling on him! We have built suppressors for all sorts of calibers. They all work. Some are great to use in certain situations, others are just built for fun. Personally, I don’t like suppressors on my hunting guns.

If one cannot handle the recoil of a big bore, a muzzle brake is the only good fix IMO, they work and save wounding, a flinch is bad bad on DG. wear ear plugs and pass them out to guides and camp staff thats around shooting..Iv found God given fingers help for near by folks. I have a big suppressor that works on calibers from 46 on down. I haven't yet used it on my barrel-threaded .375 or my barrel-threaded bigger and big bores, a .416 and a .450, both Rigbys. Maybe I will, just for the hell of it. I don't (yet) have a suppressor big enough for my .500 A-Square! Mike Wilderness is my cathedral, and hunting is my prayer.

CZ used to make a version called the 550 Kevlar that came with a 20.6 inch barrel in 9.3x62. Missed out on one for sale locally last year. I figured it could make the most practical medium bore buffalo gun for hunting suppressed with the short barrel and lightweight stock. Overall length, weight and balance would still be good with one of the short hunting purposed suppressors.
