Impressive restoration. Any before pic's. Who did the work? How long is the barrel? What is length of forearm beyond the receiver? Great work, Ron

Very nice indeed. I would love to put another old one like that back into real service.
Please let us know how she shoots.

OZ...very nice. I have a 425 myself, but it's the plain "Game Ranger" model....shoots like a champ, but looks a touch plain.

Had a new stock made up with Australian walnut to the same specs as the original but to fit me perfectly.
The rifle feeds and shoots spot on.
I have set some loads but am still fine tuning them.
I have achieved a MV of around 2200FPS from the 24" barrel.
