I just love big guns and would love to have the 470 AR.

I think I would get a Montana Rifleman M1999 action with Pac-Nor Barrel and have Jeffe tell me what stock to put on.

A .375 AR interests me. I know that the .375 Taylor is very close to the .375 H&H but the .375 AR would be better.

I also like the idea of the .416 AR but for those that want something bigger I say have at it.....There's just too much chicken in me for anything over that.

the 375 a.r. could catch on like wildfire with the general shooting public being you can have a lighter rifle, cheaper action or a little smithing, handier rifle and cheap components to boot for game for all the americas. this is what dakota should have done and it would have been more popular but they probably just wanted to be more exclusive thumb this could get remington out of the red roflmao

The problem is if the general shooting public sees "AR cartridges" they'll think AR-15

I like the looks of the .264 AR, it's not a stomper given the present company, but it ought to stomp anything in Oklahoma.

if you put it after the caliber it is alright. like any cart 460 g&a, 505 gibbs ect. anything more than a passing confusion you would not want to trust that person to shoot anything nut

470AR!

There are those that do, those that dream, and those that only read about it and then post their "expertise" on AR!

i think the 416 and 375 look great to me, the 416 because it can be an all around african cart and the 375 because of the flexibility and versitility...200 to 380 gr thumb

I've been eyeballin' the .416 Rem for my inevitable buff hunt, so it only seems logical to gravitate to the AR version with the same bore. So that's my vote - .416 AR for me please! Now I gotta locate an action...

and the 470 for the elephants to deer thing with the flat point 500 gr. north fork solids to the 480 ruger pistol bullets jump

this could be the most versitile gun when you consider cast bullets too. a true one gun safari rifle. the same as the capstick

I am only interested in the 450. The fact it may offer a 200 fps advantage over the 458 Win while using a standard action has my attention. Add the fact there are a ton of bullets for it. If the velocities pan out I will no doubt go this route over the Lott.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

.375 AR, because I have a .375 #5 Douglas XX blank and a Model 70 Classic in 7mm Rem. Mag.

Sell the stock and takeoff barrel and get an Echols legend stock.

Talley rings and bases and a used Leupold off Ebay.

I would lean towards the 375 AR myself on a Model 70 action. I don't need anything bigger right now.
