Planning to build a .577 on a Greener GP, and would be perfectly happy chambering to .577 Snider. So far, the barrels I have heard of from PacNor and Lothar Walther are .577/.585 1:18, which ought to be fine for smokeless loads. But I'm wondering if the twist is a bit too fast, especially for black powder, as many of the .577 NEs have 1:28 or 1:30 twists. Anyone have any thoughts, advice, criticism? There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t. – John Green, author | ||

Can't really go too fast, and 1x18 is pretty gentle. jeffe opinions vary band of bubbas and STC hunting Club Words aren't Murder - Political assassination is MURDER Information on Ammoguide about the416AR, 458AR, 470AR, 500AR What is an AR round?
