Planning to build a .577 on a Greener GP, and would be perfectly happy chambering to .577 Snider. So far, the barrels I have heard of from PacNor and Lothar Walther are .577/.585 1:18, which ought to be fine for smokeless loads. But I'm wondering if the twist is a bit too fast, especially for black powder, as many of the .577 NEs have 1:28 or 1:30 twists. Anyone have any thoughts, advice, criticism? There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t. – John Green, author

Can't really go too fast, and 1x18 is pretty gentle. jeffe opinions vary band of bubbas and STC hunting Club Information on Ammoguide about the416AR, 458AR, 470AR, 500AR What is an AR round? Case Drawings 416-458-470AR and 500AR. 476AR, http://www.weaponsmith.com
